1. How do I apply?
You can apply using our online form, after you've read the Affiliate Agreement.
2. What do I do once I'm an approved affiliate?
Sign in to the affiliate's administration
site using the user ID and password that
were sent to you in your acceptance e-mail. Verify
your settings by clicking the "settings" link.
3. What's in it for me?
Affiliates have the opportunity to increase
visitor loyalty and to generate revenue:
OIES™ is the single most comprehensive resource
on cancer education. Our product retails from
$119 - $199, so on a typical order, affiliates
can earn $6-$10 in commissions. Also the more
you sell each month, the higher your commissions.
In addition, you will continue to receive commissions
over a period of 6 months for
sales from a repeat customer who you referred
to our site - an added incentive for being our
affiliate.
4. How does the OIES™ Affiliate Program work?
After you apply and are approved to be an Affiliate,
you place our logo or banner ads and link
to our Web site from your own site. The
Banner ads and text links are available on our
downloads page. The link to the banner downloads
page will be sent to you in your acceptance e-mail.
Each time someone clicks on our logo and purchases
one or more CD-ROMs using their credit card over
the Internet, we note that this customer arrived
via your Web site and credit you 5 - 20% of the
retail price of the CD-ROMs they buy. You may
request payment once you are owed at least $100
in commission earnings.
5. What if I don't live in the USA or Canada?
We accept affiliates from all countries.
International affiliates may request payment once
they are owed at least $200 in earnings.
6. What does it cost to join?
Nothing. The OIES™ Affiliate
Program is free. And you may cancel at any time,
by e-mailing our Affiliate
Relations Department.
7. Is my site eligible to become an Affiliate?
While we invite everyone to submit an application,
whether they cater to the medical community or
not, we cannot accept sites publishing content
that conflicts with our company policies. That
includes (but isn't limited to) content that is
defamatory, harassing, harmful, obscene,
racially objectionable, or unlawful.
Affiliate program Web sites must agree to use
the exact logo and HTML code that we provide.
8. Does my site need to be up and running?
Yes. Your Web site must be "live" and
generating traffic when you submit your
application. Generally, we can't consider sites
under construction, or people who do not have
a Web site. However, you are welcome to e-mail
our Affiliate
Relations Department. with your business plan
and we will certainly consider your proposal.
9. How are commissions tracked?
You can access online reports
detailing your success from the Affiliate Management
Center that we set up for you upon the approval
of your application. You will have the ability
to log into our program, check your earnings and
traffic reports in real-time, anytime. We will
assign you a code that you will insert into the
URL of our ads on your site and once a visitor
clicks on those ads, it follows them through their
purchase up till our post purchase thank you page.
This verifies a sale has occurred.
10. What kind of support will you provide?
We use AffiliateShop - self-directed and
easy to use affiliate software. You can
access reports, get messages from us, pull creative
content for your use and send us any feedback/comments.
We will email all affiliates when a new promotion
is underway, creative content is updated or if
there is a special contest for our affiliates.
If you have any special needs, simply e-mail our

Relations Department.
11. Am I able to link to specific products, or is the referred visitor directed to your home page only?
You may choose to send visitors directly to a
specific product page, or to the homepage. You
may insert our product-specific text links
to promote product-specific pages. If you have
a site that concentrates on one type of cancer
only - e-mail our Affiliate
Relations Department and we will develop specific
creative pieces for you.
12. How do I make the most of the program?
Make the links easy to find.
Place the OIES™ logo in highly visible places,
such as your home page and other popular pages
of your Web site. High-profile placement will
make it easier for your visitors to find the link.

13. How does OIES™ benefit my visitors?
If you have a Web site catering to the medical
community, you have the opportunity to inform
your visitors about the only interactive
cancer education program that not only
empowers and educates patients, but provides health
