Within 15 days of receipt of any OIES™ title, you may return any of the following items to jack digital productions (producers of the OIES™) for any reason, for a full refund:
• Any unopened OIES™ package (still in its plastic wrap)
• Any downloadable software title (with a completed Letter of Software Destruction form)
Jack digital productions (jdp) will accept the return of any OIES™ product purchased directly from jdp. Jdp cannot process returns for products and downloads purchased from another source. Purchases from other outlets must be returned to the source from which they were purchased and are subject to the return policies of the source.
Any items that are defective or damaged can be exchanged within 15 days of the date of receipt.

Product Returns
To return a product received from jdp within the last 15 days:
1. Call 1-877-505-6473 or (001)416-504-7506 (international)
and provide the following information:
• the order number
• your name
• the title(s) you are returning
• the serial number(s), if applicable
• the reason for return
2. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include the RMA number in the address and ship* the package to:

*It is recommended that you use a carrier that has a reliable tracking system. Jdp is not responsible for products lost during return shipments.
3. If the title(s) were downloaded from OncologyInteractive.com, you will be asked to complete a Letter of Software Destruction. A credit will be issued upon completion of this letter. Please contact jdp at

Product Refunds
After jdp receives the return, the refund process takes four to six weeks. You will be refunded by the same method as your payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, jdp will credit the same credit card account; if you ordered by purchase order and were invoiced, jdp will credit your account. (If you have already paid the invoice and have no outstanding balance, jdp will send you a refund check.) Shipping charges are not refunded unless the reason for the return is an error on jdp’s behalf.

Product Exchanges
You can exchange your product for another by following the same procedure stated above. State which product you would like to receive in exchange.
